IGT VENEZIA GIULIA ROSSO NOIR 2019

We grow this vineyard of pinot noir since 2005. It’s situated on the feet of Mount Sabotin with sensible alpine influence on a lucky spot of blue marl.

Vineyard: Oslavia at 50m a.s.l. on blue marl

Grapes: pinot noir (25 years old)

Fermentation: spontaneous fermented in small oak vat with no refrigeration

Aging: in small french oak tonneaux and barriques for 2 years on the fine lees

Bottling: by free fall with no filtration and no additives

Tasting notes: Polished and fresh style. Restrained and vibrant cassis, strawberry and earth notes. Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and refined tannins. Slightly oxidative finish
