Limited selection of Merlot exclusively from the Giasbana (Jazbine) vineyard on clay and ponka (marl). Southeast exposure, gentle slope, harvested at full maturity in late September. Fermentation takes place in open vats with destemmed grapes, and maturation in used tonneaux for two years on their lees. Bottled unfiltered.

Tasting notes: Purple-red, aromas of red fruit, cherries, and blackberries, accompanied by hints of curry, violet, and persistent vegetal notes. Surprisingly drinkable and juicy, slightly balsamic and fresh, silky and velvety, with soft, well-integrated tannins
