The new vintage starts from here: it is in this phase of production that, based on the experiences of previous years, we go to "calibrate" the yield of the single plant, setting the most suitable method and the length of the fruit.
Founded in 1998 by the Greek Evangelos Paraschos, winemaker from 1979, and his family, collaborate together in producing natural wines, following the old traditional wine-making methods of the Collio and Vipava region. We have always been careful in the vinegrowing respecting the environment and the same vines. From 2003 also in the winery we don't use any kind of chemical treatment.
